Jeff Hanks

Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Hanks is the Chief Financial Officer of the RealSource Properties group of companies, which includes the RealSource Properties REIT, where he is responsible for managing the company’s nationwide multifamily portfolio’s financial and accounting strategies. He is also responsible for acquiring debt for acquisitions as well as for refinancing of assets.

Prior to joining the company, Jeff spent 27 years advising high-growth private and public clients at consultancies like Deloitte and Touche. He specializes in mergers & acquisitions, financing & reporting, audit issues, and SEC reporting. He received his Bachelor’s in accounting from the University of Utah and is a Certified Public Accountant.
